Delaware Farm Stay is a beautiful property on the outskirts of town. With a second house on the property, we could not help but share this with others. With stable access, a round yard, arena, play equipment, picnic areas and more. There are farm animals that you are welcome to feed. Quiet street where you can ride and scooter along. We also have a qualified childcare educator on site so if you're away and wanting a night out from the children message us to book in a few hours at an extra cost.

Heated Pool and Tennis Court for large group stay

This is a generous 6 bedroom home with two living areas and three bathrooms. There is plenty of space inside and out, set on 25 acres. We can sleep up to 22 people on request. There is a heated pool and tennis court, pool table, ping pong table (in garage), toys for the kids. We have TV, a fire place indoor and a fire pit outside and a large BBQ. There is ducted heating & cooling all year round. We have chickens you can feed and the Kangaroos, Sheep and Cows are never far away.

Built in 1854 this 3brm secluded cottage on our farm stay is where you can enjoy the peacefulness of the country with all the comforts of the modern day and only 20min from Bathurst city centre. Relaxing on the wrap around balcony you will hear the sounds of the rivulet below, the birdlife and farm animals which we invite you to come and meet and feed in the afternoons.
