The three bedrooms are located on the first floor, again enjoying views from the twin and bunk rooms. The many shops and eateries in the town centre and the harbour are all within walking distance.

Salcombe 2 Bed House with Parking town 5 min walk

Just a 5 min.downhill walk into town centre, the modern property, accommodates up to 4. Parking for 1 car, 2 may be possible on request. It's a lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. Contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size & other is open plan with 2 single beds, ideal for children & teenagers. Short breaks of 2 nights available but 7 nights required in main school holiday. NO PETS.

Poachers Pocket offers comfortable accommodation for 9, including its own dedicated parking space and external locked storage a few steps from the water; perfect for paddle boards & bikes etc. The house is a 15 minute flat walk along the water’s edge to the centre of Salcombe with its shops, pubs and restaurants.
