It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, with a beautiful spacious kitchen and dining room on the entry level. NOTE: no oven, but has stove top. An Air Fryer can be supplied for bookings over 5 nights if requested prior to arrival. The apartment is over 2 levels, please consider this if you have mobility issues.
