It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Salamanca Getaway Battery Point is a recently renovated apartment and offers a stylish experience in this centrally located area. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to Hobart's Salamanca Place, Hobart waterfront, and Hobart CBD. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, with a beautiful spacious kitchen and dining room on the entry level. NOTE: no oven, but has a stove top. A bedroom ceiling fan has been installed. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.
