If you love tiny homes, you'll love this. Because of it being a converted workshop, it still has that feeling in some regard. It's a little rustic, but still charming. The VA Hospital and Bay Pines Park are biking or walking distance. The closest beach is Madeira Beach 2 miles from the condo. All Utilities, Cable/Internet are included. Parking is free and close to the elevators. Plenty of parking spaces are available also.

The Lassing House

A very beachy, cozy and charming detached house with private access and parking. It is fully furnished with a fold out couch memory foam mattress and open bedroom with queen bed. One block from beautiful Lassing Park on Tampa Bay. Gorgeous sunsets, amazing museums, restaurants, concerts, breweries and beaches are just minutes away! Equipped with a mini split AC, the apartment stays cool and quiet. Note that the cottage is equipped with a stove but no oven.
