Studio Eden-Azur

The 25 m² studio is located on the 1st floor with elevator access. It features a small balcony and offers access to a supervised swimming pool in the residence, open from June to October. Inside, you’ll find a walk-in shower, a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a Smart TV, and Wi-Fi connection. Bed linen and towels are provided. North-facing exposure. There is no private parking space, but street parking is available. You should pay from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., with a weekly parking pass available for €20.

A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

It is a lovely ground-floor apartment in beautiful Beaulieu-sur-Mer, on the Cote d'Azur, between Nice and Monaco. It benefits from a fantastic private courtyard terrace, secure underground parking and being a 5 minute walk from the beach. A great place to relax and from which to explore.
