South Park Guest House

Historic South Park guesthouse. Built as the center of 3 sisters, this 1920 shotgun cottage and its neighbor to the right were bought by me, a neighborhood activist, who stripped them both down to the studs. What you'll find is a mix of historic, modern, and mid-century modern, with vaulted ceilings with skylights in both the bedroom and the spacious bathroom, and safe, snug, and quiet thanks to the insulation, new windows, new doors, and Berber carpet. Owned by a Certified Service Disabled Vet.

Green Plains Cabin

Located on 66 acres of rolling farmland and wooded countryside, this restored, 19th century log cabin is rustic but not the least bit primitive. A massive stone fireplace makes relaxing in the winter cozy. Enjoy your morning coffee along with a beautiful view of Ohio farmland from the screened-in porch. Jump into the outdoor shower or hot tub after a day of hiking or shopping in nearby Yellow Springs. Centrally located, the Cabin is just 20 minutes from Dayton and 50 minutes from Columbus.

Inviting front porch to enjoy morning coffee from the stocked Kurig. Home with comfy beds 3 bdrm, 1.5 bath shower only no tub. Walkout fun filled basement with pool table, ping pong, air hockey, fooseball, card table, 2 80's Arcade games,65” Roku Tv & board games. Relax on back patio, tree lined yard, fire pit & grill. Short drive to major highways and WPAFB, University of Dayton, Wright State, Downtown Dayton & Riverscape. Kettering Rec Center is great swimming or winter ice skating.
