The wood burning fire keeps the house cosy in the winter, and air conditioning and ceiling fans to cool in summer. The massive open plan lounge dining and kitchen area is perfect for socialising, and an adjacent separate TV room is an added bonus.

And when you're not swimming in the beach, enjoy the large rear balcony overlooking Warrain Beach, where you will be relaxed by the sites and sounds of ocean whilst having a BBQ.
