Upstairs bedroom is a open loft area looking over living room with mountain views. Less than 10 min from downtown Bozeman, 5 min to airport. If you are renting a car we now have cars for rent. Relax with the whole family in this rural setting stay. This place is great for larger groups and longer stays. The large kitchen and lots of room inside and out makes it easy to stay in and not stress with going into town. Outside is 1 acre of fenced yard. A concrete pad with a dining area that is perfect for summer dinners. Extra points for spotting the wild turkeys or the longhorn cows from the covered patio! 12 minute scenic drive to the airport. Very Private Lots of toys and books

Cozy quiet place with Mountain view

Quiet neighborhood 15 minutes from downtown Bozeman, 5 minutes from canyon hiking trails. Wake up to the sound of country winds, roosters and owls singing. I live upstairs so you will hear an occasional sounds of life. I have an outdoor cat, a small Cockapoo that would love to greet you and an older blind Shitzu. There is a fire pit with chairs that you are welcome to use. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is tea and coffee ready to be brewed. I am always available with any help.

Whether fishing, hunting, hiking, river adventures, or peace and quiet is what you are seeking, this is the perfect place for you! The bunkhouse is a newly built out studio apartment above our barn. Enjoy fresh eggs complimentary from our chickens (in the spring, summer, and fall months), bring your pets (as long as they are friendly with other animals). Enjoy fly fishing or tubing down the famous Madison River.

You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place. We are located about 5 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes to bozeman. We have a great patio with table, chairs, bbq grill and a fire pit. Park in the garage so you don’t have to deal with the ever changing Montana Weather Come relax and enjoy. We do have a camera on the garage outside so we can tell when you leave in order to get cleaners in.
