The Victorian

The Victorian is a large roomy house that is big enough for you and your loved ones. There is plenty of room to host groups of 18 or more guests at a time. Located 7 minutes off of I70 in the village of Barnesville which is nestled among the rolling hills of eastern Ohio. There is a heated pool that is available for your use during the summer months! Official pool season is Memorial Day to Labor Day. We can often times be open earlier and later than that but can’t guarantee it.

Near all the local attractions and the Ohio River as well as easy day trips to surrounding states. Grand By Design Farm Guest Suite

We love everything about our hillside home next to Grand Vue Park and enjoy how much our guest love it too. This space was designed with love and attention to detail. The extremely spacious suite with private entrance has a beautiful covered deck overlooking our hillside pasture and the wooded land behind us. An entire wall of windows offer perfect views. Many guest say the King size bed is most comfortable they have ever slept in . The bathroom is simply dreamy.

Enjoy loft living and the history of a building formerly a hattery, bank (1924), and cigar factory. The Top Hat offers uniqueness and charm to our small town, and I know you will think so too!

Sugar Shack Inn

Newly rebuilt cabin/house located in Edgewater Park, Piedmont lake is our neighbor, hunting is literally 25' away on Muskingum wildlife conservancy land. Lake is walking distance with public boat ramp a .5 mile away. Located in a culdesac which there is only one other cabin on this road, which is also owned by us. Great lake view and quiet.
