The house is a historic building wich has been renovated to preserve the charm and feel of days gone bye, combined with the comfort of modern times. There are six comfortable single rooms on the 2nd floor of the building on offer, they are about 12 sqm in size each. All the rooms contain a single bed, cupboard, desk and cable-TV. Outside the rooms four small kitchenettes equipped with a water boiler, dishes, microwave and a small grill are available to all the guests. Guests who want to cook for themselves are welcome to use the small kitchen in the cellar of the building. All the rooms are cleaned up on a daily basis.

Stellplätze für Ihr Auto sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Mein Hotel garni ist seit Jahrzehnten bekannt als "Lindenschänke". Die hier angebotenen budget-Zimmer haben ein Waschbecken aber Duschen und Toiletten sind auf den Etagen und werden auch von anderen benutzt. Restaurant, Imbiss sind fußläufig erreichbar. Super Verkehrsanbindung in alle Richtungen über die B63 / A2 / A44. Darum gibt es aber auch Verkehrsgeräusch. Mit absoluter Ruhe kann man hier nicht rechnen. Paare, Alleinreisende, Geschäftsreisende, Familien + Gruppen sind alle willkommen.

Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind einfach zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die U-Bahnhaltestelle Christophstraße/Mediapark liegt 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Ich biete begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten gegen Gebühr, Reservierung unbedingt erforderlich. W-Lan ist im gesamten Haus kostenfrei nutzbar. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsaufenthaltsraum.
