The Nest is a peaceful & private self-contained space, tucked away at the back of the property, and only a 5 minute stroll into town. All ground level, the Guest Apartment has its own private entrance, and consists of two spacious areas. The main lounge room is a large open plan space with kitchenette - including tea & coffee making facilities - then a separate generous sized bedroom with Queen bed and renovated ensuite bathroom. Pet friendly with fully enclosed fence.

Gather like-minded friends from book groups, knitting clubs, foodies or whatever your passion and get away from the bustle of day-to-day life. Enjoy the Village atmosphere with all that Berry has to offer on your doorstep, but with the added benefit of peacefulness and quiet. Small Pets are allowed. Need to be house trained and well behaved. The small Cottage yard has pebbled stones. No grass area, though there is a back gate opening onto a small park.

Cosy, country cottage style two bedroom cottage within easy 1km walk to Berry town centre. Would suit a couple with two children or two couples. A great base for accessing all the area has to offer. Recently refurbished with new carpet, paint and kitchenette. Access to pool and outdoor entertaining area. Friendly local hosts who are happy to recommend attractions including beaches, wineries, restaurants and the amazing new Boongaree Rotary Nature Park.

The Carriage House at Welby Park Manor

The Carriage House at the historic homestead, Welby Park Manor has been lovingly restored and renovated. Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced. On-site parking is available, wood is supplied for the slow-combustion fireplace and outdoor fire pit. you will be welcomed with drinks on arrival. The Timberwolf Cabin - A mountain retreat

Set on 2.4 hectares of mountain forest the Timberwolf cabin is a beautiful place to getaway and unwind. Explore the surrounding grounds and down into the expansive forest, or kick back on one of the decks to watch as the mist rolls through the mountains in the distance. At night, stargaze at the Southern Cross while cooking a barbeque, or light a fire inside and snuggle into a big comfy couch while you stream your favourite movie.
