Welcome to Villa Bad Bertrich. The villa is quietly located just outside the centre of this well-known spa town and offers beautiful views of the mountains and the Üeß. Renovated in 2022, it has several balconies, a garden and various outdoor areas to relax. Despite the peaceful setting, everything is close by: a bakery, cafés, restaurants, parks and the famous sauna complex are just a 2-minute walk away. Hiking trails start right outside the house. The Moselle is about a 7-minute drive away

Peace and space in nature 1 - For young and old

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. Vous pourrez profiter du grand jardin arboré pour vous détendre en famille ou entre amis. Accès direct aux sentiers qui vous mèneront sur le plateau des Hautes Fagnes en passant par l'étonnant canyon du Trôs Marèts. Cartes avec circuits balisés disponibles sur place. Accès aisé aux pistes de ski (fond et alpin) et circuits vélo !

De nombreuses marche démarre à 200 mètres de la maison.Votre logementpeut accueillir 7 personnes adultes partagées dans 3 grandes chambres composées de 3 lit double pouvant être séparé en 2. La première chambre dispose égalent d'un lit en hauteur. Une salle de bain, 2 wc indépendant.

Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to August) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Das alte Pfarrhaus, erbaut um 1712 läd nach über 50 Jahren Leerstand und einer kompletten Denkmalsanierung nun wieder zum verweilen ein. Der Fokus der Sanierung lag auf dem Erhalt der ursprünglichen Bausubstanz, sowie der Verwendung von Naturbaustoffen. Natursteinböden, neue und alte Eichendielen, Lehmputz, Kalkfarben und Vollholzküche gepaart mit krummen Wänden und Designklassikern verleihen dem alten Pfarrhaus einen ganz besonderen Charme, den wir gerne mit euch teilen!
