My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). I do have a 50.00 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs only. It is located just above the entrance to the Smoke Hole Canyon with great fishing, beautiful scenery along the paved country curvy road. You can drive through the canyon and come out on Rt 28 just below the Smoke Hole caverns and gift shop. Then continue to Seneca Rocks and hike the rocks or drive to Nelson Rocks for zip lining.

The Kit House

The Kit House is a perfect place for a weekend with friends or family! An open floor plan and a full kitchen makes the downstairs ideal for gathering. This early 1900s Sears Roebuck home has been fully renovated to include updated amenities while keeping some vintage charm. Walking distance to Davis classics such as The Billy, Sirianni's, Stumptown and Hellbenders and a short drive to Blackwater Falls and Canaan Valley attractions. We are also only 2.5 miles from the cute strip of Thomas, WV!

Contemporary 2BR apartment located under the new Blackwater Bikes shop right in downtown Davis. Enjoy access to the outdoor patio & firepit with beautiful views of the Blackwater River. Walk or ride one of the two bike cruisers to all of your favorite Davis spots, including Stumptown Brewery, the Billy Motel, and Hellbender Burritos. Thomas is just two miles away and hosts many fabulous art galleries and live music.

Tree House

Wintertime readiness: When we have snow, 4-wheel or All-wheel drive will be best. Watch the weather. Un plug at Tree House. The cabin now has Wi Fi. There is also a DVD player w/ DVDs. A 15 minute drive takes you to Thomas, WV for food and art and music. Five more minutes and you are in Davis for Blackwater Falls State Park. A few more miles down the road find two alpine ski areas and White Grass Ski Touring Center.
