Note: The studio is above a detached garage. The garage door is not used during guest stays, so it will not be heard.

Blue Lemon Bungalow is an adorable, newly renovated two bedroom in Bloomington with full living, dining, kitchen, and washer/dryer. In town with a country vibe. It has a huge yard with old growth trees, yet it is only a 5 minute ride to Downtown Court House Square or Indiana University Memorial Stadium. A large front porch with festive lighting gives you a place to enjoy the view. We have taken special care to make Blue Lemon Bungalow extra comfortable and stylish. Well behaved pets considered.

The Loft House - 3 Bedrooms - IU Bloomington

Located near Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, our house is a clean, 3 bedroom house with vaulted ceilings, sleeping loft and open living area. This is not a big house, but our house will comfortably sleep six and can accommodate up to nine individuals. The house is located minutes away from IU, the mall, and downtown. Bryan Park is only two and a half blocks away. Walk to shops and Soma Coffee House & Juice Bar. Come stay for work, an IU game or a visit with your IU student.

We are conveniently located within walking distance of Downtown, Bryan Park, and The B-Line Trail, 1 mile to IU Campus, 1.8 miles to Assembly Hall, and 3.5 miles to IU Hospital. Our beloved luxury apartment is one of the nicest places to stay in town. It underwent a ground-up bespoke renovation with white oak hardwood floors, quartz countertops and premium appliances, rivaling a premium suite at a boutique hotel with the added privacy, charm, and amenities of a home for a great price.

Nice downtown condo. It is right on the B-Line trail and is walking distance to downtown and campus. The unit is an upstairs corner condo. For longer stays, there is an occupancy limit of only two unrelated adults allowed by our HOA. NO PARTIES OR PETS. NO MARIJUANA, SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE CONDO. IT MAY RESULT IN A FINE IF WE FIND A VIOLATION OF THIS RULE. There is the dedicated unit parking and marked guest parking in the condo area.
