Je loopt de deur uit en je staat gelijk in het centrum met leuke winkels en lekkere eettentjes. Je kan kiezen om een eigen ontbijtje te maken of 200 meter verderop bij Barista of Njoy te ontbijten. In mijn tuin is het een oase van rust. Pak de fiets om het groene hart te ontdekken. Kortom een plek om tot rust te komen na je bezoek van een grote stad.

A cosy town house. The warm feel of a ship's cabin, according to previous guests. Right in Leiden city center and yet so quiet. Recently, a construction historian estimated the inner walls of the house from 1670. My place is ideally suited for singles and couples without children. An excellent starting point to explore Leiden and the region on foot or by bike. Several guide booklets with diferent walks/bicycle tours are available. Katwijk beach is at a half hour by bus.

Garden at the canal from Haarlem to Leiden. Restaurants and supermarkets are around the corner. Keukenhof and beach (Zandvoort and child friendly Langevelderslag): 8 km away. Walking distance from nature reserve Waterleidingduinen. The city of Haarlem is 8 km away. Amsterdam is 40 minutes by car.
