Haus am See

Das 200 Jahre alte Bauernhaus liegt neben Wasserfall, Wald und See in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Das Haus wurde nur sanft renoviert. Vieles ist noch im Originalzustand wie die historische Stube mit Nussbaumbüffet, altem Parkett und Kachelofen. Geheizt wird mit Zentralheizung. Alle Zimmer sind holzgetäfert. Die Böden können bei Betreten knarren - gehört halt zum alten Holzhaus. Hier findet man Ruhe und ist trotzdem nahe von tollen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Familien und Gruppen fühlen sich hier wohl.

Come and make some memories at our unique, spacious and family-friendly home. Located 8 mins above Montreux, we are peacefully nestled between a large green field and a small vineyard. Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Die Zufahrt mit dem Auto ist nicht möglich. Dafür können Sie bei Schnee mit dem Schlitten oder Skis vom Dorf direkt vors Haus fahren. En bordure d'un petit ruisseau et dans un cadre bucolique, deux chambres, une salle d'eau (sauna payant), un espace à manger avec machine à café, bouilloire, thés, au 2e étage. Le jardin vous accueille pour prendre un petit café, un thé, déjeuner ou manger, mais surtout rêver et vous émerveiller. WC visiteur disponible. Salle de détente au rez (lecture, musique, méditation, yoga). Atelier de peinture avec possibilité de créer. Parking gratuit pour plusieurs voitures à côté de la maison.

Ruheoase | Traumsicht auf See & Berge, Luzern

Herzliche willkommen in der Ruhe-Oase am Vierwaldstättersee! Wir freuen uns sehr, unser zweites Zuhause für Gäste zu öffnen, wenn wir es selbst nicht nutzen. Es ist ein kleineres Reihenhaus (77m2), oberhalb von Weggis und lädt ein zum Abschalten und Geniessen. Für uns ist es eine Ruhe-Oase mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Vierwaldstättersee und das Bergpanorama. Das Haus verfügt über alles, was du für einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub brauchst:

On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir.
