This quaint cottage built in 1935 is a cozy place to find peace and quiet while also being close to Cincinnati attractions. The charming details, fully-equipped kitchen, and serene surroundings make this cottage an ideal space to unwind. Recent renovations coupled with vintage décor give it a historical feel without sacrificing modern comfort. Close to parks, restaurants & stores and 7 minutes from I-275 allows easy access to downtown or to attractions like the Creation Museum and King's Island.

This comfy & cozy home is located in the heart of downtown Lawrenceburg and is within walking distance to everything! We have a large back yard that is great for family to hang out by fire-pit and enjoy their time away from home. There is large outdoor tv with adirondack chairs and picnic tables for relaxing. Living Room has 75' Tv- both bedrooms have 55' tv's. Large Sectional in Living room and large dining table in kitchen. Coffee bar- Washer & Dryer-Front Porch- Fenced in back yard.

Step out onto your private patio and enjoy your view of the Ohio River! It’s the perfect romantic getaway. We are also pet friendly so if you want to bring your furry friends we are happy to host them as well, just be aware that there is a $100 fee that covers our additional cost. This private apartment is on a homestead with 5 beautiful acres, secluded from the busyness of the city, while only being about a half hour from downtown Cincinnati, 12 minutes from the Creation Museum, 45 minutes from the Ark Encounter, 10 minutes from Amazon, and 15 minutes from CVG Airport. The apartment shares a wall with our house, but is completely separate with its own entrance, living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. However, you may occasionally hear our children.

Our charming apartment is located in the Entertainment District that offers several small retail shops, a coffee shop, axe throwing, escape room, great bars, kayaking and LaRosa’s pizzeria.
