Just downhill from the patio (with a view) is the Roly Grail mountain bike trail, which is part of the world-renowned Kingdom Trails network. A perfect base camp for your mountain activities.

Shopping and restaurants right in Island Pond are 5 minutes away. Skiing at Burke Mountain is fantastic and only 18 miles away. Mountain Condo.

Our condo sports everything you will need for your stay. We have one bedroom with a queen bed, and two twin pull out couch beds in the living area. Full kitchen, laundry, dining area, porch with dining table and chairs, and an electric BBQ grill. Condo has direct Kingdom trail access on site, bike storage is ok inside or on porch. There is some summer siding work going on, the crew is very good but be aware work commencing. Enjoy your stay!!

Burke Mountain Studio Condo

Comfy and cozy private studio condo with breathtaking views of the Green Mountains! This condo is a stones throw away from skiing at Burke Mountain. We are just a short drive or walk away from the mid-Burke chair lift. This condo has a queen size bed. There’s a stove and microwave for all your cooking needs. All guests have access to the hotel hot tub and fitness center for $5. TV is for streaming only, no cable. WiFi is available.
