You can easily enjoy the township and all it has to offer or relax at home with a private back yard and undercover decking as well as comfortable living and dining spaces and comfortably appointed bedrooms. The beautiful country style kitchen is fully equipped and a delight to cook in. Also important, Lil’s Place has amazing heating for Bowral’s famous cold weather!

Perfect for golfing weekends, wedding guests, girls' weekends, romantic weekends, families and business travellers etc. We are also Pet Friendly. For larger groups, we have 3 properties which are only a couple of minutes walk from the heart of Old Bowral that can accommodate up to 14 people as detailed below.

You will feel your worries ebb away while you listen to the natural surrounds, or your fave tunes. What you get up to during the day is totally up to you, go hiking, explore the local beaches, shops, cafés and eateries or simply sit by the fire with a good book and be alone with your thoughts! Your off-grid venture awaits – This is not your normal hotel stay!!

Contemporary Country Experience

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

The Carriage House at Welby Park Manor

The Carriage House at the historic homestead, Welby Park Manor has been lovingly restored and renovated. Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced. On-site parking is available, wood is supplied for the slow-combustion fireplace and outdoor fire pit. you will be welcomed with drinks on arrival. It is perfect for couples and small families wanting to retreat from the world whilst being a short 5 min. drive/15 min. walk to Bowral and surrounding attractions including vineyards, boutiques, cafe's and golf clubs.
