Kuća za odmor "Sunset" samostalan je objekt na dvije etaže, sa vlastitom okućnicom i parkirnim mjestom. U prizemlju se nalazi spavaća soba sa bračnim krevetom, kuhinja, dnevni boravak, toalet i soba sa jacuzzijem(Jacuzzi je dostupan za rezervacije od 3 ili više noći.). Na katu su dvije spavaće sobe, svaka sa po 2 kreveta i kupaona. U dvorištu se nalazi stol sa klupama, roštilj i montažni bazen(do 13.09.). Kuća se nalazi na proplanku te pruža jedinstven pogled na jezero i brojna okolna mjesta.

Motovun Bellevue - amazing view, comfortable

Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique accommodation with a beautiful view. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

The region of Buzet offers a wide range of outdoor activities, there are numerous marked hiking and cycling trails, and for the more adventurous there is also the possibility of climbing and paragliding.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded.
