This rustic, solar cabin has it's own private hiking trail(100m, steep hill) and private parking area. The trail winds it's way up to your private view overlooking Golden Lake. You will feel tucked away in this cozy spot surrounded by mixed oak forest, sitting atop Canadian Shield rock formations. Highland House

Step into rural life at Highland House, a charming tiny home perched high on 5 acres in the Lanark Highlands. During the summer months enjoy the farm-fresh experience with hand picked vegetables from the garden and eggs straight from the coop. Home to a friendly pig, chickens, & three fluffy sheep. The Guest House

Our guest house is a cozy log cabin with three floors. It is the original homesteader cabin to our property, revived and restored with care. Nestled in the Bonnechere region of Renfrew County, this magical place of solitude offers nature right outside your door. Local paintings by Ottawa Valley landscape artist Angela St. Jean displayed throughout the cabin feature lakes, rivers, and natural places and spaces that surround us.

Waterfront Loft with Hot Tub, Deck, Nature

Welcome to The Loft at Closs Crossing! A cozy, open concept space where you can relax, unwind and reconnect with nature. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck, listening to the birds. Spend the afternoon on your private waterfront dock, reading a book or kayak up river and float back down. In the evening, roast marshmallows on the campfire or take a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Your cottage country escape awaits you!

This cabin can sleep up to five people (twin, double, and loft has a queen) Includes small kitchen unit with mini-fridge, sink (no running water but jug of water provided) and double burner stove. The kitchen accessories seen in the photos are what is provided. We ask that you not bring your own dish soap, to protect our ecosystem we will provide it. BEDDING IS NOT PROVIDED PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS AND BLANKETS.
