This 2nd floor apt has a master bedroom, living area with a fold out futon, Roku TV and dinner table, a full bathroom with standing shower and a hotel style kitchen including a coffee maker, coffee, toaster, hot water kettle, microwave/convection oven and common cutlery & kitchen necessities. Cozy Waterfront Apt - Steps from VAST/LVRT

Waterfront apartment - Ideal location for snowmobiling, biking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, fishing, swimming, etc. Backyard access to the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail and VAST Trail. The LVRT is a 4 season multi-use recreational trail currently 33 miles. Once completed, the trail will be 93 miles running through farms and forests, right into the downtown districts of VT's scenic communities. For snowmobilers, the VAST Trail boasts over 6000 miles of remarkable trails.
