This three-bedroom, one-bath retreat boasts trails, semi-private pond, boat house, gazebo, canal access to School Section Lake and two docks is available for those who want to enjoy water activities. The home is on Silver Lake, which is one of the premier lakes in the area. Only 15 miles from downtown Grand Rapids and 5 miles from quant and charming downtown Rockford. Updated in 2022. About 2000 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a 4-season porch. Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.

The Lake Lodge Estate is an amenity-rich, spacious 3600 sq ft property on a park-like acre steps away from Big Pine Island, a 223-acre all sports lake. 30 minutes northeast of Grand Rapids. Perfect year around for gatherings. Pontoon included in rental in summer June to August only. Fee outside of those months due to weather factors and it available on a daily basis of use. Firepit for relaxing & outdoor kitchen for ultimate BBQ experience. Pet friendly with fee.
