Come settle in to the Cozy "BEE" Cottage located in beautiful Santa Ynez. Situated on a quaint dirt cul-de-sac walking distance to downtown. You will be greeted with a rose covered trellis entry gate and spacious fully enclosed yard for your furry family member. Studio feels much larger than it's 500 sq ft. but retains a warm and cozy feel. Short walk into the town of Santa Ynez or a 5-10 minute drive to all of the other lovely towns in the valley, Solvang/Los Olivos/Balllard/Buellton.

This home has an upstairs loft with one king bed and downstairs includes a queen size pull out couch. Newly remodeled bedroom (with cal king bed), attached bathroom, patio with private entrance, and self check-in. Across the street there is a nature preserve with a 1.5 mile walking path offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful place. Small cabana with a private deck and hot tub. This place is perfect for guests that just want to get away for a day or two. Soak in the hot tub and gaze at the night sky. The cabana is small but has everything you need. Comfortable, queen sized bed, full bathroom, WiFi. Please note, there is no TV. We do have a dog but he is on the other side of the fence.
