Nel residence Geremeas mare (45 km da aeroporto): appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino privato, composto da ingresso, salone con angolo cottura e divano letto matrimoniale, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia , veranda con terrazza vista mare (privati) dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali, ulteriore terrazzino (privato) sulla spiaggia (e' il terrazzo più vicino in assoluto alla spiaggia ) .

Die Villa hat eine umlaufende Terrasse mit wahnsinnigem Blick auf das Meer und abends den Sonnenuntergang! Highlight ist der private Infinty-Pool (4x9m) im zugehörigen Garten.

Surrounded by large windows overlooking the garden, it is ideal for those who love the sun, nature and the sea. Private entrance with parking and equipped garden area.

Villa Celeste, privacy sport and relaxation. Built in 1960, is an exclusive villa in Cagliari just 5 minutes drive from the city center. It is very private, by the sea, with direct access to the Cala Bernat beach, passing through the rocks. The hills behind show breathtaking views and ancient monuments, perfect for trekking or mountain biking. Near the house 3 excellent restaurants. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.
