With in a 5 minute walk you'll find New Leaf market,Whole foods, Penny's ice cream,and 6 other restaurant's.

Our Midtown neighborhood is centrally located, just two miles to the Beaches, Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor, Capitola Village, & Downtown Santa Cruz. Your suite entrance is behind a locked combination entry gate and door and is attached to the main house on the first floor, which shares a small wall that's been upgraded to ensure complete privacy. There is no living space above your suite.
