Situata su una collina, la terrazza di oltre 200 metri quadrati offre una vista mozzafiato sulla baia di Portoferraio e sul mare con le colline e i boschetti nell‘entroterra. Lontana dalle strutture turistiche, Casa Georgii si trova in una posizione centrale. Portoferraio, Porto Azzurro e Capoliveri sono solo ad un quarto d‘ora di distanza. La Torre sopra il mare

La Torre ist einer von zwei antiken Wachtürmen im wunderschönen Ort Marciana Marina. Der Turm wurde schon auf Karten des 16. Jahrhunderts als Torre di Poggio vermerkt und im 18. Jahrhundert als Zollstelle fuer die Handelsware von See umfunktioniert. Im Jahr 2023 wurde der Turm von einer Interior -Designerin umgebaut. Il mio alloggio è situato nella località Patresi frazione del Comune di Marciana, parte occidentale dell'Isola d'Elba , di fronte alla Corsica dalla terrazza si possono ammirare splendide viste panoramiche. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: la posizione, gli spazi esterni e i panorami il parcheggio ariservato a pochi metri dalla casa. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie e famiglie (con bambini).

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
