From the 1940’s this building is one of the few remaining original second story residences built over a 1st story business. Downtown, this suite is walkable: coffee shops, bars, restaurants, art galleries, yoga studio. 2 blocks to Shannon Medical Center. 1 block to Performing Arts Center. 350sf for 1 or 2 people. Includes a queen bed, full bath, fridge, microwave, toaster oven. Open concept with lots of light. No living room/seating area but perfect if you're on a budget and on the go!

The GreenHouse

The GreenHouse is in the center of town within 15 minutes of any part of town. There is only ONE BATHROOM. Large groups are allowed if you your ok with the 1 full bath. The master has a king size bed. The other 2 rooms have one queen and 2 twins In the other. The back yard is huge with covered patio, great for your fur family to roam around! We do realize that the home is old so it has its character. We are always trying to do little updates as we can.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located close to downtown. The complex was recent built right across the street from Old Fort Concho. Your right next door to the farmers market. The apartment is located on the top floor.
