The Blue House

Retreat House #1 is the largest of our 3 houses at 900 square feet. This house has all the amenities of a modern home, close to Eureka Springs but nestled in Nature. This attached apartment has one bedroom, a full kitchen, bath, heat, AC, a sunning patio with fire pit and access to the walking trail of the OM Sanctuary. Chill out in our quiet, spacious, country setting. My hot tub is also available for your use. It is in a private enclosure away from the houses and available at all hours.

King bed, over sized jetted spa tub, large deck, full kitchen, propane fireplace, hiking on 47 acres across the street, and secluded tranquility. Minutes away from Downtown Eureka Springs and about 2 miles from the Kings River. No WIFI, but we do have DISH television. We are pet and family friendly!!! Due to the gravel driveway and incline, we do not recommend low to the ground sport cars or motorcycles, or please use caution.

The Nest at 188

The Nest is a unique lodging located in Eureka Springs, Arkansas is private and overlooks the beautiful Ozark Mountains, away from all the hustle and bustle yet only 6 miles from downtown Eureka and only 1.7 miles from the top of Oz Trails/ Lake Leatherwood Gravity Trails. The 1,500 sq. ft. of themed rooms in the downstairs area of the main home and the hosts live upstairs. Ideal for groups, family reunions, retreats, getaways, meetings, honeymoons, etc. Children allowed. .

The Carriage House, distinctive lodging

There is no other house like the carriage house, it is distinctive, we have a large yard, very close to town, right nextdoor to the Crescent hotel, dead end street, large open floor plan, pool table, fireplace, central heat and air, hot tub, sleeps up to 6 people. The stairs going to the upstairs are wood and steep. We accept pets,the pet fee is 85.00 per pet, please contact me for anything additional. The rate is a base rate of 175 for 2 and 25 for each additional person.

Loft with Balls ~ Downtown

A lovely two bedroom, one bathroom, loft style apartment. Our special place is located above one of the unique shops in downtown Eureka Springs, placing it within walking distance to all the unique shops and great restaurants. It has a pool table, a back balcony with a grill for cooking out, a full kitchen, a living area, and one parking space located behind the property. This is also a pet friendly place, so your little four-legged family member is also welcome.
