The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

L'apt. Mangiatoia è situato al piano terra della struttura ed è sicuramente uno dei più ambiti e richiesti. Praticamente circondato dal giardino, è adatto a famiglie con bambini oppure a due coppie, in quanto è formato da due camere matrimoniali, un bagno con doccia, un bagnetto di servizio e un'ampia zona soggiorno/cucina che si apre sul patio privato, arredato con tavolo e sedie, giusto di fronte al BBQ.
