Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and more. There are features of the home that may make it unsuitable for children.

Located on historic Main Street, the home has central HVAC, is workspace friendly, w/ tv and walking distance to coffee shop/wine bar/restaurant/museum/ hospital. Averette Univ is 6 blocks. Casino 1 mi Queen bed, ceiling fan, window blinds, drapes, full floor mirror & walk-in closet. Full kitchen w/ ceiling fan, coffee, tea, Keurig, bottled water, disinfectant, sanitizer, and cooking essentials. Private Bath with shower, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer. Linens incl. W/D available.

Great neighborhood, this in-law suite is about 40 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and 20 minutes from the Martinsville Speedway. Philpott Lake is 8 miles away. Industrial Park is less than 2 miles away. It is 8 minutes from SOVAH.

Please when booking with us keep inconsideration that this is an older country home 🏡 that we’ve fixed up alittle but not perfect, built in 1940’s. With that being said you can enjoy our small community from Belews Lake and Hanging Rock State Park 30 minutes away . We offer downtown shopping and tubing as well . Greensboro and Winston Salem are 30 minutes away. We have plenty of space for bringing your boats / jet skis for parking to our nearest belews Lake 14 minutes away
