Walking distance to downtown, Cheeseburger festival, restaurants, brewery, beach, grocery store, marina and a short drive to Port Austin with many beaches on the way. Use of a heated in-ground fenced-in pool memorial day to labor day is not guaranteed. Pet friendly with an additional fee upon approval.

This nice little upper apartment is completely furnished with 2 double beds, stove, refrigerator, microwave and Coffee pot! Perfect location, 10 minutes from Caseville, 7 Minutes from Bay port. Linens are provided, and the kitchen is set up with dishes, pots and pans, mostly anything to cook and eat a meal. Providing you with all that you need for a stay and 10 minutes away from the beach.

The house is about 1,000 sq feet, and includes a fenced in backdoor so your pets can enjoy the outdoors in a secured space. There is a deck with a small grill to enjoy your outdoor festivities. Back yard also has a fire pit with wood for those crisp nights of relaxation by a fire.
