Barnyard Cottage is one of seventeen holiday cottages at Town Farm, on the edge of the Chilterns. We are a working arable farm, with some sheep over the surrounding hills, we are lucky to have views over to Ivinghoe Beacon on one side, and Aylesbury Vale on the other. This cottage is situated on a beautiful Street with Georgian and Elizabethan houses in the quaint village of Hitchin. The house has a high end kitchen and bathrooms, with cosy living areas and bedrooms. Your stay can be filled with cooking, games, reading from the expansive book shelves, watching movies from the projector and sipping wine in front of the open fire, there will be plenty of wood left for your long weekend or week. Ideal for longer stays with excellent commuter links for London, Harpenden, St Albans and Stevenage. Relax and enjoy footpath walks, including the Ayot Green Way, to gastro pubs.
