Located in the heart of the country, Oakbrook Akers Cabin is an absolute retreat! Relax on the many porches overlooking the lake, take time to meander to the docks to fish, enjoy s'mores over the stone fire pit or spend the evening at the grilling station in our covered patio. In the winter, tuck yourself away in the cozy cabin complete with a wood burner, having a movie or game night (with popcorn of course)! Perfect for fishing (this lake hosts an annual fishing tournament), canoeing/kayaking, or just relaxing. Great for bird watching, with great blue herons, egrets, ducks, bald eagles, plovers, cormorants, woodpeckers and other species seen daily.

Westerfield Cottage is a cozy retreat just 20 miles from St. Louis and 7 miles from Scott AFB. This log cabin, in studio apartment style, has a small private bathroom, television & Roku, microwave, mini-fridge, and top notch amenities with multiple outdoor seating options. This unique and comfortable accommodation sleeps four in the king size bed and pull out sofa bed, all in one room.
