The property is a portion of a 16th Century Casa Colonica (a typical Tuscan farmhouse) situated atop a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sprawling views of the surrounding hills. The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

La proprietà dispone di tre camere matrimoniali,ciascuna con bagno privato. La cucina è dotata di un'isola centrale e due ampie finestre panoramiche che offrono una vista mozzafiato sulle colline e sulla piscina. Il salone accogliente è caratterizzato da un camino e grandi vetrate che si aprono sul rigoglioso giardino. All'esterno, una bellissima pergola arredata invita a godersi i pasti all'aperto , la piscina di acqua salata offre un rifugio rinfrescante durante le calde giornate estive.
