Great accessibility to Lisbon city centre as you can reach the bridge (Ponte 25 de Abril) in 7 minutes.

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.

The house is spread over two floors, with an entrance on the first floor, which features a living room with an open-plan kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom, and two balconies- one facing north and the other east. There is one queen bed and three single beds, which can be arranged as one queen and one single—please let us know your preference. The swimming pool and gardens are shared.
