North East Cottage is a quaint, two level cottage nestled between 16 mile creek and Lake Erie. It offers two bedrooms, one pull-out couch with a queen mattress, two full baths and two large decks overlooking Lake Erie. The kitchen is fully stocked and newly remodeled! The living room provides warmth and coziness with a gas fireplace for cool evenings on the lake. A short walk down the road is a private beach for relaxing and spending the day on Lake Erie.

Our home is located in historic North East Pa. The house sits on a bluff overlooking beautiful Lake Erie with steps to access the beach. We have 2 bikes, a fire pit and plenty of seating on the oversized deck to enjoy your view of bald eagles flying along the shore. A split air system gives Air conditioning in the entire home makes your stay very comfortable. We are certain you will love your escape to the lake.

Wild life sanctuary W/ Hot tub, Dock, and Kayaks!

We are located on the Goose Creek wildlife preserve in Loomis Bay. There is a 40-foot dock with direct access to the lake, we provide 3 kayaks for you to use, and a 4 person Soft Tub as well. This is the perfect place to sit back and unwind in this natural paradise on the lake minutes away from Chautauqua county’s major attractions.
