The barn is set in the large garden of an old farm house in the historical Village of Kings Sutton, and has been tastefully converted in to a modern living space. A mezzanine bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2 or 2 +baby in cot) A small seperate bedroom that can be laid out as a King or 2 single beds A small tasteful bathroom and a utility room. Our recently converted barn is in the yard of a Grade II listed village farmhouse. Minutes from J10 of the M40, we are conveniently located for RH England, Bicester Village, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace, Silverstone and Oxford. The barn has a big open space with wood burning stove, large TV and open plan kitchen. The main bedroom, shower room and separate WC are in the old stables. The open plan mezzanine has two single beds (to be booked separately) and free-standing bath.

The village has a shop and tea room. The pub is sadly closed. We are around 3 miles from Brackley a local market town which offers, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, takeaways etc. We are approx. 2 miles from Aynho Park and the Great Barn at Aynho - fantastic Wedding venues. We are 15 mins from Silverstone.

Centrally located for M1 & M40 with easy access to Silverstone Circuit, Towcester Racecourse, Banbury, Daventry, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Oxford, Stratford and the Cotswolds. This area also offers excellent walking and cycling opportunities and is close to many National Trust properties.

There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests & business people.
