Being off the ground keeps the tent drier and invites a nice breeze. The Treehouse itself is a renovated hunting blind turned into a sheltered spot relax and take in the view. "Old Smokey" is a 1965 pull-behind camper that has been beautifully remodeled. It is cozy, rustic and has been restructured with lots of love. You can enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The camper has both air conditioning and a wood stove. "Old Smokey" is a unique and romantic glamping experience. You can cook delicious meals on the propane stove/grill or visit one of our charming local restaurants. This is the perfect location to relax and reset, either solo or with someone special.

Airstream Farm Stay Cape Charles

Tucked away in the woods on a historic Eastern Shore farm lies this stunning Airstream retreat 10 mins from Cape Charles. The 1969 Airstream has been converted into a contemporary studio with all the comforts of a luxury hotel room. Wake up to the birds singing in the trees that completely surround the huge front deck. Take a walk on our trails. Enjoy watching the animals. Take a trip into Cape Charles for restaurants and shopping, then enjoy a movie in the Airstream at night.

Cozy RV on the River

Kick up your feet, relax by the water and soak in the sounds of nature! The views of the Wye River from the dock and our man-made beach are absolutely beautiful and peaceful! WiFi is not available. We recommend a personal hotspot, such as a mobile phone, if you require the internet. The outdoor pool is closed indefinitely. There is a 4-person raft and a 2-person inflatable kayak available, for an additional $22 per day. Both require PRIOR APPROVAL and a WAIVER to utilize.

Delightful Skoolie Near Bethany Beach

Try tiny living! Come to the Delaware beach for a unique glamping experience. The Coastal Cruiser is a 1985 Thomas School Bus turned tiny home. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.

There is no place like GNOME! Camping on a farm!

Camp on a working horse farm! Horses are welcome too! We are near Ocean City, MD, Assateague beaches, Chincoteague beaches, Salisbury University, University of MD Eastern Shore, Snow Hill, MD and lots of other great attractions. The camper is in the middle of a working horse farm with views of the horse pastures, petting zoo play area, and western riding arena. Lots of space to bring extra tents as well for more guest. Lots of things to see and do on and off the farm!!!
