With walks from the doorstep and an award winning country pub ‘The Duke of Cumberland’ in walking distance, this is perfect retreat from busy lives. The Old Bakery is a luxurious self-contained cottage set in the heart of the beautiful South Downs National Park. It has been voted one of the best Air B&Bs in the UK in 2021! Guests can enjoy beautiful walks directly from the cottage or visit local villages such as Haslemere, Midhurst, Petworth, Arundel, the South Coast (West Wittering) and Goodwood. You will be spoilt for choices with some excellent pubs and restaurants in the area with the fabulous Duke of Cumberland pub a short walk away.

Delightful one bedroom barn with beautiful views

Our beautiful rustic one bedroom barn is attached to the end of our family home. Situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and immediate access to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The property comes with a wood burner making Autumn and winter particularly lovely with board games available. Guests are also welcome to use the house facilities which include a heated swimming pool and tennis court.

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

The Tool Shed is in the heart of the South Downs National Park and is the ideal place to stop over if you're exploring this area of outstanding natural beauty. We are a short walk away from the stunning views from Older Hill, only ten mins drive to Midhurst and 20 mins to Goodwood and the sandy beaches of The Witterings beyond. As you need to walk outside to reach the shower room it’s a bit of a glamping experience! Covered bike storage, off road parking and a light breakfast are provided.

Oak Lodge has all the creature comforts of home and is ideal for those who like the idea of camping, but who don't like the thought of all those creepy crawlies in the tent! The self-catering lodge sleeps a family of 5-6 people with 1 double bed, 2 bunks and a sofa-bed (suitable for 2 children or 1 adult). There is a spacious outside area with covered picnic table & fire pit. The 2 acre wood is home to a magnificent 350 year old oak tree. Watch the sun come up through its branches.
