Located 15 mins from Burlington and 5mins from I-89 the location makes it convenient to enjoy Burlington while keeping the skiing/hiking/mountain biking destinations within an hours drive. It’s the perfect in-between spot.

Welcome to our Smugglers Notch getaway at the family owned and ran Brewster River Campground! This cozy cottage sits right on the beautiful Brewster River and is immersed within 20 acres of nature tucked away in the mountains. Enjoy the river's soothing sounds as you cook, sleep, and unwind from a day of outdoor activities. Only a 3 min. drive to all of the activities at Smuggler's Notch Resort, restaurants, bars, and hiking, as well as the magical Golden Dog Farm "Golden Retriever Experience".

Relax on the mountain in our little condo. A cozy space to enjoy fresh mountain air. Enjoy easy access for ski in/out, hiking, mountain biking, leaf peeping…something to love here during every season! Bedroom with a queen bed. Pull out couch is best suited for children or one adult—two large adults may find it a tight fit. Located approximately half-way between Burlington and Stowe, about 30 minute drive to either/or. Or check out Waterbury (our favorite) about 15 minutes away!

Tiny House & Sauna in Burlington

Adorable one room tiny house 5 minutes from Downtown and beaches on Lake Champlain. Located in the New North End of Burlington, this urban get away in a quiet residential neighborhood features the Burlington Bike Path down the street, a vegan cafe across the road and use of spacious backyard sauna. Guests have access to a private bathroom through a separate entry in the main house, about 20 steps away. Breakfast nook includes coffee, tea, microwave, mini fridge & sink.

*Burlington’s 1st Spa + Stay. Recently renovated and upgraded! We added a sauna, a cold plunge, upgraded bicycles, enlarged the courtyard, added an exercise/yoga room, robes and sandals, an espresso machine… the list goes on! New photos were just added! We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!
