This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home gives you full access to 10 acres of property with a large yard and 2 car garage. Hosts Luke and Angie live next door with 2 sons, 1 very friendly dog and 2 cats. This location puts you in the middle of it all, easy walking distance to downtown ( .4 miles), Dow gardens ( .5 miles), the Midland Country Club ( 1.2 miles) or the Loons Dow Diamond ( 0.9 miles). Can sleep 2 to 4 guests with a comfortable full bed and pull out couch. No tv, but WiFi is provided.

It features hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, furnished in a comfy mix of old and new, electric fireplace, new appliances, and remodeled bathroom with large walk in shower. Our home is a few blocks to downtown Clare where you will find unique local shops, eateries, and entertainment.

Close to national forest. 42 minutes from Cabrefae Ski Resort. Traverse City 1hr 23 min away
