Welcome to my little farm! It has been a labor of love since 2022! What started as a love for animals, soon grew into a love for hosting, hospitality, and watching the face of a child light up as they see a goat eye to eye for the first time! Come enjoy your morning coffee in the porch swing and watch the goats play, guarded by Sampson, a lovable Great Pyrenees who happily lives with his 8 friends….Mable, Callie, Mama, Fluffy, Billy, Blanche, Rose, & Dorothy. I’ll leave the light on for you!

Charming and Cute Historic Downtown Home

When booking our home, you will get a conveniently located simple place to unwind. This charming historic home is a 2 bedroom 1 bath house located blocks from Lee University in the Historic District of Cleveland. It is 40 minutes to the Ocoee White Water Center, 35 minutes to downtown Chattanooga, 1 hour to Blue Ridge, GA. There is a fully stocked kitchen, front porch, back deck patio with fire pit and privacy fence for the pups. Snacks and waters are available upon arrival as well.

The Cabin

Our cabin is fully furnished with two bedrooms, a open loft, two full bathrooms and a half bath, kitchen, laundry room, and a full basement on 9+ acres. The driveway is approximately 300 feet from boat ramp access to the Tennessee River. There’s also a separate covered shed for a boat and/or parking. There are lots of indoor and outdoor games, a grill for outdoor cooking, two fire pits, a large deck, a nature observation tower, 2 kayaks and a canoe, and a variety of swings to enjoy.

Bring your pole and fish our three ponds, walk next door to the park and play disc golf, or just relax on the patio and listen to the sounds of the forest.

Nestled along the serene Ocoee River, our charming home boasts 230+ feet of river frontage, offering a tranquil retreat. Featuring a cozy living room, 2 bedrooms, a full bath, and a kitchenette. Enjoy private parking and proximity to dining, river outfitters, hiking trails, and world-class fishing nearby. Your perfect blend of relaxation and adventure awaits!

Fully stocked kitchen, comfy queen-sized bed with fluffy blankets and premium soft cotton sheets, 360°-rotating, oversized smart TV that can be enjoyed sitting on the comfy loveseat or cuddled up between the covers, that's the biggest decision you'll have. Full private shower and separate vanity. NOT PET FRIENDLY...

Lovely, relaxing & secluded river house. Perfect for a family getaway. Relax & unwind in our recently renovated, mid-century modern inspired home. If you like to fish, this is the perfect spot for you, as you have direct access to the Hiwassee River. Not a fisherman? Grab a book & relax on the private dock or sun porch. LIMITED INTERNET ACCESS. This is a great place to relax & unplug. The internet in the area is very slow.
