Luxury lakefront cottage. Shallow wade-in water near the shore and deep off the large 20x20ft dock. Custom stone steps will take you down to both the dock and the lake. Large indoor wood-burning fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and lots of water toys, including 2 kayaks, 1 canoe and a SUP board. There is also a trampoline for the kids! In the winter, spend a cosy day indoors or enjoy time outdoors. Two cross country ski/snowshoe locales—Kawartha Nordic Ski Club and Silent Lake Provincial Park—are within a half-hour drive.

There are 2 kayaks, a canoe and a paddleboat available for your use along with the recommended safety equipment.
