The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. Our cosy cottage is perfectly situated in the centre of vibrant Kingsbridge, voted the 5th most relaxing town in the UK, highly rated in best places to staycation and RHS Gold Britain in Bloom winners. A stones throw from eclectic Fore Street it is a quiet and secluded cottage, along a secret passage. Pubs, galleries, restaurants, shops and even a cinema, crabbing quays, sail boats, SUP a brand new skatepark and ferries to Salcombe within walking distance. Dogs maybe accepted on request.

A contemporary basement conversion offers a luxurious stay in the heart of South Devon. The perfect base for exploring the town, coastal path and the beautiful beaches of the South Hams. The suite is located on the lower ground floor of a Victorian house on Fore Street, the main shopping street in Kingsbridge. The cafes, deli, fishmonger, baker and much more are just a couple of minute's walk away. The beaches of Salcombe, Bantham and Thurlestone are less than 15 mins drive away.

The Piggery at Oldaway

The Piggery is a self contained converted Pigstye in the grounds of Oldaway Barn, a smallholding near to Kingsbridge and Salcombe. The light and airy cottage has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and good sized shower room. With underfloor heating throughout it is open all year round. The property is all on one level and has some disabled facilities. There is easy private parking and guests are welcome to enjoy the large garden and to visit the smallholding and orchards

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

The Cowshed is a gorgeous 2-bedroom, detached property with a lovely open living area, with a private deck and garden. Set amongst fields, just up the road from the lovely village of Bantham, with The Sloop Inn and village shop, and perfectly located for the amazing beaches of Bantham, Thurlestone and Bigbury-On-Sea, as well as for exploring Hope Cove, Burgh Island, Salcombe, Dartmouth and the amazing coastline of the South Hams, not to forget beautiful Dartmoor.
