Welcome to the river house, our little slice of central Texas heaven! Here you’ll find a comfy, secluded, private home on the banks of the Medina river, located 45 minutes outside of San Antonio and a short 15 minute drive to Bandara. This recently renovated two bedroom all rock home has a bonus room, a large full bath, spare half bath, and everything a family could need to enjoy a great trip to the Medina river. The river is very family friendly and 100 yards directly in front of the house.

"Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Beautiful sunsets and view of the hills, also hiking. Each cabin has queen bed, full loft, full futon couch, covered porches. We also love our guests’ fur babies!

Just a one minute drive to Utopia but also great proximity to Garner State Park and Lost Maples State Natural Area for great hiking, swimming, etc. Great location to enjoy all the Texas Hill Country has to offer.

Bunker Cove is a family-friendly home close to all the major activities surrounding Concan. The Frio River is only 1.5 mile from the house. Garner State park is only 8 miles. The home will sleep a maximum of 18 people. Each room as it's own dedicated bathroom. It's equipped with a fully furnished kitchen and complimentary linens and towels are provided for your stay. Outdoor activities such as a sand Volleyball, pool, and horseshoes are NOT shared with other guest.

All holiday stays require a 3-night minimum. This cabin is a 900 square foot, 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom unit & sleeps 8. It's centrally located in Concan- close to the River, food, concerts, and fun! Enjoy all the same comforts from home, or unplug and relax. Cabin includes Wifi, Netflix, YouTube TV, an Alexa for music, games, fireplace, BBQ pit, and outdoor fire pit.
