Want beautiful, secluded, private? You are in the right place! This newly built (2023) bungalow is located on 7 acres with over 900 ft. of Frio River frontage! There are two houses on this property within the 7 acres, so you can't get much more private than this! There's a downstairs patio with a BBQ pit, seating, and a perfect view to grill on a beautiful sunny day. The screened in back porch pairs perfect with your morning coffee. This 2 bdrm, 1 bath house is perfect for your mini vacay!

Amadeo at the Frio Private getaway with pool & spa

"Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Beautiful sunsets and view of the hills, also hiking. Each cabin has queen bed, full loft, full futon couch, covered porches. We also love our guests’ fur babies!

La Sandillita on the Frio

La Sandillita’s rustic cabin sits on 5 acres of riverfront on the west prong of the Frio River, 9 miles from Leakey, TX. The cozy cabin has a bunk room,a semi-private loft space with a queen bed,a futon, large couch,and blow up mattresses. Equipped with 2 Roku TVs, WiFi, and the basics. The kitchen essentials supplied and bed and bath linens are provided. If you love venturing off the beaten path, La Sandillita is the perfect spot to unplug, unwind,soak in the Frio, and enjoy nature!

PJ's Hideaway

This peaceful cabin is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, close to Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and Hill Country State Natural Area. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state park (3 miles), Lost Maples state park, Frio river crossings, Leakey, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, Uvalde, three sisters bike roads. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. Pets Fees billed after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb. The Cozy is located towards the front of our 17 acres about 75 ft from Hwy 83.

Enjoy amazing views overlooking Garner State Park in a cozy cabin nestled atop a hill on 44 acres of private fenced land. This cabin has a 360 degree porch to enjoy the breeze and afternoon shade. Relax in the cabin with a fully-stocked kitchen or cool off in the Frio River with a 3-minute drive to the Garner main entrance. Leakey, Concan, and Frio River swimming holes are all within 10 minutes. In the evening, roast marshmallows in the fire pit and marvel at the starlit sky.

Hill Country Charm River House

Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3 Bath, Sleeps 10. Hill Country Charming River Home, sleeps 8 comfortably! This home is nestled on the Nueces River in the Texas Hill Country. The house is located on the edge of the historic town of Uvalde and roughly a 55 minute drive to Garner State Park. A great place to relax after a long day, on the crystal clear Nueces River that runs through the back yard. Private River bank access for guest from the back yard.

Relaxing Cabin on the Sabinal River

The Cabin is an acre located right on the beautiful Sabinal River with access to 600 feet of riverbank and easy walk into town. Architect designed, the cabin has high ceilings and lots of glass to bring the outdoors in. Relax in the hammock underneath gigantic cypress trees. Enjoy the sunset while the deer come through the yard and fireflies dance. We have two bedrooms on the ground level with a small loft (single bed) above the bedrooms.

All holiday stays require a 3-night minimum. This cabin is a 900 square foot, 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom unit & sleeps 8. It's centrally located in Concan- close to the River, food, concerts, and fun! Enjoy all the same comforts from home, or unplug and relax. Cabin includes Wifi, Netflix, YouTube TV, an Alexa for music, games, fireplace, BBQ pit, and outdoor fire pit. If you're tired of city lights, sit out on the porch and stargaze!
