"Jarrah"- Private - Coastal getaway

We have created this beautiful little stand alone house to share with those who love the to be close to the beach yet enjoy some space away from the hustle and bustle of busier tourist areas. Enjoy the trees, some space and great bird life! The house is modern and completely separate from the main house and privately located on our property. It is completely surrounded by both native vegetation and seasonal fruit trees. There is nothing you need to do but relax and enjoy your time here!

Relax just metres from the beach in a bespoke, architectural house designed for relaxation, comfort and fun. Fully equipped with all luxury modern conveniences, and with the whole family in mind, you can relax by the pool, by the fire pit, in our outdoor bath, observatory deck, or slide down the double corkscrew slide, or simply enjoy the beach views from the deck. Centrally located on a quiet street just 10 minutes walk to Coolum Beach is your coastal home away from home. A tropical Oasis set behind secure fences offering indoor/outdoor living and plenty of space for your family and pets (Up to two well-trained dogs are welcome). Year round swimming in the private heated pool fully offset by solar. Note: Pool is maintained at approximately 28 degrees from April to October and heater is not used/needed in the Summer months.
