Casa Amalia is a 2floor complex of 4 independent apartments. At the ground floor apartment, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with two single beds formed as couches, a main bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. It's a home-like feeling, quite house, ideal for couples and families. The apartment is surrounded by landscaped garden area featuring many flowers and trees and common facilities such as a fully equiped BBQ area and a swimming pool that you can relax all day long.

Η κάθε σουίτα ειναι 29 τμ, έχει σύστημα ύπνου σχεδιασμένο από Coco-Μat, μπάνιο με ντουσιέρα, χώρο κουζίνας με τραπεζαρία, και ιδιωτική βεράντα με θέα στη θάλασσα. Η βίλα βρίσκεται σε ιδιόκτητη έκταση 4 στρεμμάτων με ελιές και όμορφους κήπους.

“JUNIOR SUITE” is one of the most wanted apartment category. It is perfect for a couple, a family with little kids or three adults. This apartment has a double bedroom, living room with couch, kitchen, one bathroom and a spacious balcony. The apartment provides guests with a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and an oven, a stovetop, toaster, kettle, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and a safety box.

Our studio apartment is one of few apartments in villa which is located near to city center and the main city beach ,just 5 min walking distance. Studio has access in terrace with stunning sea and city view. Studio has fully equipped kitchen and also is perfect for long term rental. Free parking available inside the villa.

With sublime sea views and within walking distance of Loggos, Maltezos is a charming two bedroom villa which has recently been renovated. For relaxing days at the villa, the terrace and swimming pool area enjoys open views to the sea and Levrechio beach, which conveniently is only a 5 minute walk away.
