Sea Breeze Villa with Stunning Views in Nissaki

The Sea Breeze Villa is a stone villa, made of traditional Corfiot stones from the nearby village called „Sinies“. The sea views from the wide front terrace and windows are breathtaking. Entering the villa you find yourself in a small hall, off which is a traditional cute kitchen with a window with views across the pool and patio doors onto the front terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can make breakfast, lunch or dinner. Enjoy a healthy breakfast on the terrace or a romantic dinner by the pool! Off the entering hall is also the spacious comfortable living room with lovely wooden floors made of cypress wood and many openings, which give way to the light and the sea breeze. The room has comfortable furnishings, an impressive antique dresser and a fireplace in the center. You can relax watching the view, reading a book, hearing music or even watching TV. To the back of the living room is the sunny dining area with a large window looking across the pool area. A corridor leads to a beautiful double bedroom and a bathroom with full bath. This bedroom has its own quiet private terrace surrounded by olive trees and flowers. Wide wooden stairs lead up to the first floor of the villa. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. This master bedroom has a window with spectacular sea views and a charming private roof terrace with views across the pool and the sea. This roof terrace is amazing at all times of the day and night. If you wake up early you can see the sun rising from the sea and at night you can watch the moon and its silver lightning over the sea. Romantic and stunning at the same time. On this floor there is also one twin bedroom with views from the window across the pool to the sea and another twin bedroom with a window to the side of the house. These two bedrooms share a nice bathroom with a window to the side. All bedrooms are air conditioned and heated. The villa is located in Kontokali area in a green landscape surrounded by olive groves offering a stunning view of the Ionian Sea. It is at the top of a very quiet hill it is very private and peaceful place to enjoy your vacations. It is 10 km from the airport and 9 km from the Historic Centre of Corfu. Supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants can be found nearby. Also ideal for groups of young people. We also recommend it for events ( birthdays, bachelors, yoga - dance - meditation retreats).

Dream Beach House

Dream Beach House is located directly on the beautiful sandy beach in Acharavi. It is a first floor house with an attic occupying 180m2 and has a excellent sea view. In the attic two queen size bedrooms and a comfortable office can accommodate at least 5 guest. On the lower level a large open living area creates a comfortable environment. A private undercover balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. Time and worries will melt away by the serenity of this beautiful location.

Contra Luce Home

This home is a unique and tranquil getaway, that accommodates a maximum of four people. It retains two en suite bedrooms, with two beds that can turn into double and/or single. A spacious area with a fully equiped kitchen, dining area and living room is also available. Moreover, it has an outdoor swimming pool, relaxing areas and a build-in jacuzzi (outside of the main house). The view of the sea is spectacular, and a moment that no one wishes to miss out on, is the rising sun in the morning !
